Warranty Claims

Swany products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

To help us review your claim as quickly as possible, please complete the form below and include clear photos of the issue.

Before you start, you’ll need:

• A photo of the entire glove or pair of gloves
• A close-up photo clearly showing the problem
• A photo of the inside tag with the style number
  (example: SX-1M, SLX-13L)
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation), if available
