Online Orders
Online orders have a 30-day return window from purchase date. The products must be unused with tags and packaging.
Start a return via your order confirmation email or our returns portal.
Shipping costs are refunded only if we made a mistake or the item is defective
In-store Orders
Visit the store where you purchased them. Most authorized retailers can assist directly. If that’s not possible, email us photos and details—we’ll work with you on a solution.
